Price and Services offered were hard to beat. Increase AMP's to the house, rewire entire garage, replace service panel, the list goes on. I consider myself handy, but Nick puts my knowledge and handy work to shame. He offers much more than just electrical services, garage door motor install, TV's "professionally" hung, 220v outlets run, kitchen & bath and more. I would reccomend him and his team for just about any project.

Nick Martin and his American Dream Company crew members have painted the entire interior of my home and recently our new garage doors. Nick provided me with a thorough consultation and estimate of services requested. He assisted me with the selection of paint and color schemes. Thanks to his expertise my home room colors flow throughout , creating a peaceful and put together look and feeling. Nick is a knowledgable and experienced painter and business owner. Jim responded right away and even fixed a door when he came out to give the estimate. The work was done within a week from the time I listed the job on thumbtack. The light was installed perfectly and the siding repair looks great! Oh, and our door works right again! Jim and Joe were clean and professional and very fair in price!

Tom was great. He was on time, did a great job installing two toilets and a new garage door opener, and is detail-oriented and polite. Like most people, we struggle to find a good contractor who will consistently show up and not make a mess of the project, so we will definitely be using Tom again for future projects.

They replaced the handle and lock on our front door. They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Jon responded to the ad quickly, when re-installing a door noted a problem. H noticed that a gap in the tile floor would show so he cut a piece of tile and installed this too- glad he made us aware of this and had a solution. Good at many projects.

Garage door was not working. When Mike arrived, door worked perfectly. He checked several things and charged nothing.

Hector's expertise was extremely helpful when he first consulted with us about the job. He had great ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. We had some exposed aggregate decorative work done on our driveway and walkway to our front door. Hector suggested lights in the concrete along both and it looks incredible. Very happy with the results! Will be using his services again in the spring in the backyard!

when we posted on this site the first person to respond was Mr. Sandercott of Jam Restorations. he prompt response to our add was very impressive. when David came to our home he was very attentive to what we were trying to achieve and what we wanted as the end finished product. keeping in mind that we had (3) prior contractors come out and never even gave us a call back after leaving. David not only returned our call after leaving but had a quote for us the same day WOW.. Needless to say we signed our contract with Jam Restorations the following day. clear wording and easy to follow contract. David provided a start and finish date for us off we went. we hired Jam restorations to do the following work for us, trim (11) windows, (5) doors entire second and third floor as well as our stair case, (3) closets in and out as well as switching out and rehanging the (5) doors. David and his company not only met our expectations but exceeded them so much that we actually asked him to return to complete our first floor living quarters. David and his employees were nothing but professional and considerate of our time table and work schedule. I have had several neighbors come into my home to see his work and they were just as equally impressed as we were. we would Highly recommend him to others, a contractor who answers all of his calls and or gets back to your calls within 5 minutes... actively using jam restoration for other carpentry finishing work in my home.
