The owner was very polite and understanding. Made promises for the next event that she will be there when we do hire her. If there was anything I didn't approve of, they'd made sure to work through the situation which I find very reasonable of them.

She was a no show and called the day of and stated she would not be there due to death in her family. I am very understanding of that this however she doesn't want to refund my MONEY. It's been two weeks now and she states she waiting on her manager to refund the payment. Do not use.

Wonderful henna artist and person! She did henna for my daughter's 11th birthday party. Her work was beautiful, and she not only tolerated a group with a couple of particularly energetic girls, but even seemed to enjoy them. Would highly recommend.
