- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is standard for this area. However, we save home owners money because we can dry things out as opposed to having to tear everything out. Also our cleaning is very impressive when it comes to soot covered structures and affected personal property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our Project Managers would come to your place free of charge and discuss with you the best way to approach your job and make sure that we are all on the same page. You also get your own Client Care Coordinator, that makes sure you always know whats going on with your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do weekly in house training, we also hire instructors to come in and teach our technicians as well as going to Industry classes and earning their IICRC Certificates.
