Hi Kathy, I received your review today "no response" and a 2 star rating. I'm a little confused at what you were reviewing as you haven't responded to the quote we left at your home earlier this week. Last Friday, I responded to your quote request with a base price and my introduction asking for your address so that I may give you an exact price. We came home out on Tuesday and left a price quote on your door. I still haven't received a call or response. And you did not provide your phone number so I was unable to call you.
As you can see, I do not have anything less than 5 star reviews. I am committed to making sure our customers are satisfied. If you still need service, please give me a call to schedule service and I can take care of this for you. Thank you-

Andy called immediately. Following our phone discussion, he said he would come by after the weekend, which would be the following Monday. That was the last I ever heard from the man. Period. Never came by. Never called back. If he preferred not taking me on as a new customer (whatever the reason!) would have appreciated communication. instead of making me wait -& wait, -when I could have gotten another yard man much sooner!! No communication whatsoever after setting up a start date is unprofessional. Not wishing to waste any more of my time, I have been ignoring these prompts for a review, but because of the constant emails for one, then here you have it! I am not impressed at all with this Thumbtack program. Having gone elsewhere, I am now quite satisfied with the work I've haired to date.
