Introduction: Most computer service companies focus on one-time fixes. They look for one-time customers instead of long-term clients. Many computer service and repair businesses do not care if a customer comes back to them or whether they refer them to others. Most computer repair businesses try to make the most profit possible in one business dealing with the customer. What computer users want is for their computers to be running properly. What many computer repair businesses want is for computer users to have problems with their computers. They obviously do not have the same interests. MADHATTER COMPUTERS takes a different approach. We believe that if we can keep a client’s computer running well at all times, they will be glad to refer their friends and family to us. We know that if they need service in the future, they will be more than willing to come back to us to do it. Why? We like to think it is because of our high level of service and client-comes-first philosophy. It could be because our services offer the most value to the client. Keep in mind that we do not need to offer the 20 % discount to our Monthly Maintenance clients in order for them to use our services again, we’re confident that they would use our services regardless of the discount. We do it because we want to show that MADHATTER COMPUTERS’ interests are aligned with our clients’. We are happy to reward loyal clients by going the extra mile for them to show them that we appreciate them. I enjoy meeting different people, learning about their computer concerns or problems, and then addressing their concerns or resolving their computer problems.
