Professionally Trained in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant management. We have over 30 years of direct hands on leadership and management in the high end World class food services specializing in yearly contract service accounts and main stream catering from the back yard bbq graduation to a full service VIP gala event to the basic Wedding package or over the top wedding events our range is as diverse as our clients imagination.
