Introduction: My 35 years of experience, having been trained by and travelled with the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, and my special way with children of all ages, whether eight or 80,make me an excellent choice for your special event. Comedy magic, that appeals to all ages, and balloon creations that wow and amaze children of all ages, Will make any party the most fun place to be! The next 30 years I'm going more into the realm of Santa....not just at Christmas, but throughout the year. Imagine whether it's August or May...having Santa perform at your special event! Now, he (Kristopher Nicolas) won't admit to being the jolly ol elf, but we all know who he is! Attired in a green and red wardrobe, doing magic that has the ever so slight hint of December, Kris will entertain the children of ALL AGES!! John performed at a dual birthday party for us. There were a dozen kids aged 0-10 and they very much enjoyed his magic and balloon animals. He engaged every child and ignored the child hecklers with grace. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Magic With a Twist! We hired John for our family reunion on Aug 31. He was on time (early even), the kids loved him and he even stuck around after the time was up to do more balloons for the kids. Will definitely be hiring him again next year. He was about an hour early and started making balloons early too. His balloons were some of the best balloon twists I've ever seen and everybody got what they wanted. He even made a balloon hot dog for the hot dog king. Would recommend.

We hired Magic with a Twist for my daughter’s fifth birthday party! We had a blast! The kids were all very happy and excited and really enjoyed the entertainment and the balloons! The balloon art was amazing! Many choices were offered, so each kid could pick what type of ballon art they would like to have. John was funny and entertaining for both the children and adults! I would recommend and hire again ! He was professional, fun and entertaining!

we hired him for our sons 4rth birthday and he was awesome!! definitely the life of the party. He was very interactive with the kids and so funny, everyone enjoyed him. He was also very creative with his balloon twisting skills. Would deff recommend, and hire him again !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150.00 for up to first hour, $100.00 per hour over....$50.00 per half hour. I tell my clients I don't charge for what I do, just the time required to do it! All magic, all balloons, or a combo of both....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure my clients know up front what my fee is, and if I do go over time, I don't charge extra...I'm usually having too much fun! If I don't have another gig to get to, I take my time and make sure all my kids get a balloon creation, if balloons are part of the show. I follow up with phone call or text to make sure we are on target for the show, usually a day before the event.

Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, and School of hard knocks!
