Introduction: I am an attorney with a passion for serving my clients. Most of my work involves tax controversies, such as audits, appeals, litigation and collection matters. I also represent entrepreneurs concerning business entity formation, contracts, intellectual property mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, venture capital, and tax planning. I plan my clients' estates, executing their dispositive intentions, avoiding taxes on succession to their property, or minimizing taxes and deferring them for as long as possible, and avoiding probate on succession to their property. I also draft and negotiate marital agreements and serve as counsel in divorces. Diligence, insight, integrity, and sound judgment are the hallmarks of my practice.
