I also teach a women's self-defense course, focused on awareness of the world around them, avoiding dangerous situations and necessary action to protect themselves.

My daughter and I took karate instruction from Master Lennie Wilson and loved it. He is a wonderful teacher of both children and adults. I highly recommend Master Wilson!

I have experienced Lenny's teaching skills in a 2 part self defense class for women. This was a larger class than expected. Lennie was prepared with a binder of materials for each of us, many simulations for us to engage in, as well as 2 extra teachers to work with the larger group. I particularly enjoyed Lennie's enthusiasm for the subject and his constant encouragement.

I have really enjoyed my karate study. I feel I have learned a great deal in the time I have trained. We have a very skilled and patient sensei and he is committed to sharing his skills with his students and helping each of us to develop our own karate skills. With every training period I find there is more to learn and I have come to respect this form of karate and the challenges it offers.
