I offer a wide range of fitness services, from personal training, Pilates mat and equipment training, pole dance fitness, boot camps, aerial yoga, bag boxing and more! Clients love to work with me because of my fun spirit and ability to motivate many different personalities while getting the most of my clients, not to mention my extensive and diverse education in fitness.
My clients say they never get board with me because I am the queen of cross training, and I love to mix things up while still building a strong foundation of form, function, stability and strength. I've worked in the fitness industry for 14 years. Additionally I've worked in physical and occupational therapy clinics, so I am well versed in training clients with special needs. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, Peak Pilates (900 hour) professional certification, ACE group fitness and 200-hour yoga.
I love education and passing along my knowledge and love for fitness to my clients. I can offer clients one-on-one training along with group training to suit their needs and budget.
