Angelena kicked my butt into shape before my wedding! She designed workouts custom to me and my fitness level. She developed a great eating plan just for me that allowed some flexibility and never left me feeling deprived. She is always willing to answer any questions and is there to cheer you on to make sure you reach your goals. I cannot recommend her enough!

I am an NASM certified personal trainer & fitness nutrition specialist, I am a kettlebell certified trainer and I am a Precision Nutrition Certified nutrition coach.
