- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If possible, I give the client a flat fee price at our initial meeting, based upon my 21 years of experience so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to speak to every potential client by phone to make sure my office is the right place to fulfill the client's needs. If so, my assistant or I will schedule an in person meeting at either of my offices for the convenience of the client. At the appointment we develop a plan to accomplish the client's objectives as quickly and cost effectively as possible. My team and I then go to work to get the client where they need to be whether it is a real estate issue, wills, trust or probate administration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At a minimum I attend the annual conference in Michigan provided by the Institute of continuing legal education for probate matters. Oftentimes I do additional webinars and/or seminars and other areas of law just to make sure that I am updated with the latest tools to provide the best services to my clients
