Bob manages multiple single family home rentals for me. He promptly returns phone calls and emails and handles the details. Bob was very helpful when I needed a property manager to correct serious problems caused by a former manager. He happily went above and beyond what I expected from a new property manager and quickly helped me solve my problems. In addition to the routine communication, we meet quarterly to go over my portfolio and discuss improvements and opportunities. I like having a seasoned property manager take care of my properties and having an experienced and trusted real estate agent to provide an informed opinion on my real estate portfolio.

This is the first time I rent out a property, and I am very pleased to have Bob manage my biggest investment. He has always been straightforward in his assessment of challenges and very flexible in his problem solving approach. He has provided a good team of people to look after the property (cleaning, painting, repairing) at reasonable prices. Bob attacks problems immediately as they come up, and he is capable of resolving difficult situations in a way that is satisfying to the parties involved.
