- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Basic handy service is base on 2 hours minimum at $15 an hour. Bigger jobs can be paid hourly or by the job. Hot water heaters (tank style) $150 in labor. Entry doors $125 new trim is extra and basic interior doors are $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Will introduce myself. Talk to the customer about what they expect from the job. Inspect the area where the work is to be done. Come to an agreement for the work to be preformed, price, and a start date.
