I am 36 and never had an issue with maintaining my weight or being active in the past and always worked out on my own. In 2013, my right hip started to give me a lot of pain and I was losing flexibility very quickly. I found out I had osteoarthritis in both hips. I decided to quit smoking and gained about 25 lbs. I was slowly becoming depressed due to the weight gain and hip pain. I tried yoga, pilates, other trainers, etc.... I could not lose the weight. I decided in June of 2016 to have my hip replaced and I wanted to be strong for my recovery. I found Health Targeted Solutions in July 2016 and I am so happy I did! I worked out regularly between July and Feb. Not only did I meet an amazing group of people that I now consider friends, I am coming up on 6 weeks since I had my hip replaced and know my quick recovery is because of Health Targeted Solutions. Al helped me strengthen my core, legs, and arms to prepare for this major surgery and Sue helped me learn how to eat correctly without starving myself. I cannot wait to go back and start training again with my new hip and watch my body transform even more than it already has. I have been a member at TwyFit since their opening. I take 2-3 classes per week and have trained with Mike as well. While I like all of the classes, my favorite class is kickboxing! The studio is welcoming, well lit, clean and has great air flow. It's laid out perfectly so that classes can go on while personal training is and contains all the equipment you could need. All of the trainers are fabulous; they really care about your fitness and work with you at the level you at capable of working at, while pushing you to strive for more. I am so glad I found TwyFit and the TwyFit family. They have made me come to enjoy working out!
F3 Fitness has been the cornerstone to the overall well-being of my mind and body. I am a 46 year old grandmother of two, and in the best shape I have ever been in. Over the past 4 years I have been very fortunate to have witnessed multiple transformations, including myself, due to the excellent trainers and the personal training of the owner Garrin Clark. In a short time, his clients have slimmed down, gained confidence and have become some of the strongest individuals in the gym. But most importantly, he produces results that last. He teaches a life style with all the in-depth knowledge to back it up. Garrin is an excellent motivator and mentor and has brought out the best in every client he has worked with.

I hired Paul almost seven months ago to help me train for my first NPC Bikini Competition. I was at a point where I had been working out regularly for two years, but was still unhappy with my body and struggling to get through a fitness plateau. Our first meeting was an hour and a half, and Paul listened to my goals, and explained how he would help me accomplish them. By the time I left, I couldn't wait to embark on my new fitness journey, and I knew I had found a trainer that would encourage and challenge me, yet understand that working out could not be my whole life, but an aspect of it along with work, school, and social activities. In February 2014, I weighed 146lbs and was at 26% body fat. Today (August 2014), I am 133lbs, 17% body fat, and FINALLY happy with my body. Paul helped me reach my goals by revamping my diet so that I was eating more often and healthier foods, as well as requiring that I keep a daily food log that he reviews each week. In addition to changing my eating habits, Paul also improved my workout regimen. In the privacy of the PVSFit studio gym, he pushed my body and mind with challenging workouts, which taught me how to push myself when working out on my own. He also helped me structure the workouts performed on my own time. Paul is also very accessible outside of the gym. I e-mail and text him regularly with questions, and he always gets right back to me! When I started this adventure in February 2014, I planned on using a personal trainer until I got through the competition. However, my plan has changed, and I will continue to train with Paul for the foreseeable future so that I can maintain my health and weight loss!

My normal weight was 136 lbs, after Chemotherapy. Beating breast cancer, made my life hard for me to gain weight. I stayed at 120 lbs after all treatment.
