I was excited at the initial response time to my request (within minutes). Then he came to my house that same evening to look at things. Awesome! He asked for my email to send quote. I followed up for the next 3 days with ZERO response asking for the quote (so I could send to my adjuster) or if he sent it already and perhaps it was in my junk mail (which I looked for blindly bc I didn’t know his email) but there was nothing about cabinets at all. Disappointed. Maybe a blessing in disguise? Would he have taken my money and never responded back or finished the job too? Unprofessional.
