- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 service call fee within business hours. After 4:30pm service calls are $90. Weekend service calls are $110. Service call fees are waived with repairs. If I can't find the issue then there will be no service fee. Upfront flat rate pricing on repairs, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce my self first then introduce my company. I will make sure that the new customer knows that we are capable of doing the job with quality workmanship.

HVAC diploma, apprenticeship, mechanical license, Nate certified
