"I hired Jeannette to help me get back into shape after having my baby. I have always been in good shape ,and no stranger to a gym. After having my baby and juggling life, I felt I needed someone to keep on track, and that's where she came in. She assessed me, spent ample time explaining the program I was about to start. Plus, I developed diastasis recti from my pregnancy, Jeannette knew the exercises that would help me in this area. We worked diligently to gradually bring my abdominal muscles back together, and more importantly to help strengthen my low back and abs; which from what I've learned help with overall support to the entire body. Jeannette is thorough with every exercise she introduces. That helped! What I also appreciated was how she checked in between sessions to see how I was feeling, plus would send me information regarding healthy eating and exercises I can do at home. She's pretty much on it!"

"I have had the pleasure of training with Nik for the past six years. Trainer Nik is well-versed in the exercise and nutritional sciences. Nik is always keeping up with the newest literature to ensure the greatest results in my training plan. I have attended one on one training sessions, as well as boot camps. Both of those were wonderful experiences. Trainer Nik always makes himself available, day or night to go over your goals. "David is awesome! He gave me a thorough fitness assessment and then provided an exercise regimen designed specifically to meet my needs -- I wanted bodyweight exercises only, that could be easily done in my basement with the small amount of equipment I have. The beauty part is that the way David recommended me to exercise, I never get overly sore because I don't do a lot of reps of any one exercise, and I never get bored because he gave me a huge selection of exercises for each section of the body. After just a couple weeks I can already feel myself getting stronger, and I think I might be able to sustain this! He also advised me on nutrition. He's a pleasure to work with and he's very affordable! Highly recommended."

"Adrienne McDonald has been my trainer for a while now, and I have to say that she is by far the best trainer I have worked with. I’ve never really felt comfortable with most trainers, but Adrienne always makes me feel like she has my best interests and training success as her priorities. I always feel like she cares, but she also drives me to do my personal best. Another thing that sets her apart is her attention to proper form in each training situation. I have learned so much from her, and I highly recommend her for her skills, her wisdom and the results that she produces. I feel blessed to be able to work with her."

"I have been going to Paul for over a year now. I have progressive MS and never thought for a minute that anything would actually help. Paul designed a program that has turned my life around. He found the exercises that I was able to perform and helped me understand that I could do exercise and be fit. With out the guidance he has given me I would more than likely had to quit work and fallen deeper in to depression caused by MS. "
