I met Sensei Jeff Mason 35 some years ago when we were both green belts in Koei Kan Karate in Drayton Plains. It was obvious he was the cream of the crop regarding razor sharp technique, fighting ability and being able to teach what he had learned in a way that made sense to anyone. Sensei took me under his wing and opened up my eyes to what it means to not just participate but to excel. He would teach from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM and then he organized supplemental weight lifting at his house for those of us that still had something left. Sensei flew through the ranks but each time he was promoted he was by far the best at that level. I would look at videos of his tests and strive to perform with that intensity (although knowing that it wasnt possible). If you came to the Dojo in a foul mood you were sure to leave in a much better one. Sensei has always brought out the best in me and Ive seen hundreds of others that had the same result. Going through conditioning classes with Sensei teaching was always a treat. You could walk into the Dojo feeling like you had nothing in the tank but Sensei would motivate each and every one of us to summon the energy/heart to throw 1 more/10 more/50 more punches, kicks, blocks or other techniques. He wouldnt let you be satisfied with yourself if you werent doing every thing to your maximum ability. Frankly, the thought of letting him down when you know that he knows exactly what you are capable of is a feeling I didnt ever want to have. Long story short Sensei is the best teacher, student, motivator, counselor and friend that I luckily have had the privilege to know.
For personal training in boxing, strength and cardio workouts I highly recommend Quintin Torres. I've had several sessions of each and I'm very impressed not only with his skill but his knowledge of how the human body works and the best training to incorporate based on your sport. I'll continue to train with him.

I have been working with Dr. Bill for about 1.5 years. We train on average 3-4 times/ week and then I complement my training sessions with cardio, as prescribed by Dr. Bill, 3-4 times/ week. Dr. Bill varies training sessions, alternating the targeted muscle groups but also the training methods, which keeps the training interesting and challenging. I went from a size 6/8 to a size 2/4. I love how my body looks and feels now - I am in the best shape of my life. Bill was instrumental in transforming my body, getting nice muscle definition, building stamina and endurance, and for making the commitment to myself. He is a great motivator. I can't imagine working with anybody else. Thanks Dr. Bill!!
The workout is different each time you come in, so you are never bored. Jessey is the best ! She makes it fun, explains what you are suppose to do and keeps you moving. By far the best fitness club I've ever joined ! I will recommend it to all my friends & family.
Connor has trained me in kickboxing for a little over two years. He is very good at his job and very professional. He is encouraging, while making me work hard. I highly recommend him to anyone. He also trains me with strength straining, but that has only been 1 month so far, same work ethic.
