I was so pleased with the owner and her company.She was honest and very professional. Time frame that she gave me to complete job was right on. Her quality of work was amazing. I could tell she was not just doing a job that she Truly loves her job and put her heart into my home. She redid my whole living room and made a empty back room into a beautiful sitting room for meditation. I had my kitchen completely remodeled back in March and Jennifer from Divine Design did a beautiful job with it. I've received a lot of compliments on it. When I go to have another room done, I certainly will have Jennifer do it.

Working with Jennifer was a great experience, I was a little leary of hiring a designer because it was new ground to me. From the beginning, Jennifer assured me that she could help me achieve my goal of designing a space that was conducive to what I had in mind. She was very attentive to my needs, and worked very hard to make sure those needs were met. If in the future i need another space designed, it will be Jennifer that I call. Work ethic and a true love for her job ensures that you wont be disappointed.

I had hired Jennifer to come to my home for the first time. She stayed for an hour to help with paint colors and picture placement. She came on time and very friendly. Jennifer was very easy to talk to and planning on having her over again.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my jobs are priced as a flat fee and it depends on the scope of the work to be done. I have been doing this for so long and I understand the value of good services. When I can, the customer will get wholesale prices and any discounts that I get are passed along as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a face to face meeting so I can see the space and get an idea of the client's tastes. We discuss the budget and what their requirements are for the space(s). I explain how my design process works at this meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Interior Design from Baker College and several years of working with clients in residential design.
