Introduction: If your reading this chances are you are interested in learning to play guitar, which is fantastic! But beware, choosing the wrong teacher to study with will be detrimental to your progress as a musician. Many instructors tend to use a "responsive" teaching method, which will eventually bring you to a dead end in your progress. We find that using a "proactive" method pushes our students (which could be you!) to excel at a rapid pace. In order to achieve this we first find out what the student hopes to achieve as a guitar/bass player, and then create a structured lesson plan to help get them there. The goal here is to make you the best guitarist you can be, and to make sure you have a great time doing it! We love working with new musicians, its so fulfilling to watch a beginner push his/her way up to being the guitarist that they want to be. The look of accomplishment a student has every time they meet a goal is amazing to see.
