Very pleased with the work that was done on my floors at my new church. The floors were dirty and had no shine, but now the looks like new floors. The cleaning in the bathrooms looks great! The work was completed in a timely manner and I was able to meet my deadline.

I hired Because We Care for a move in clean. I had just purchased a home and did not want to move into someone's gunk. While they were more expensive than other companies I looked at, they were more flexible with their schedule and I didn't mind spending the extra money for a good clean. When they arrived I explained that other than floors and a quick wipe down, I was most concerned with and wanted them to focus on the kitchen. I let them in and went back to my other house to pack. When they called me 3.5 hours later I went back and started walking though the house. First place I went was the kitchen. Opened the fridge it had not been cleaned, opened the cabinets they had not been cleaned. They apologized and did a quick wipe down while I walked the rest of the house. I didn't notice anything else immediately but I was not sure what they were doing for 3.5 hours if they had completely missed the kitchen. I did not have time to go over everything more closely as we were moving in that day but the next day when I really got to look I was extremely disappointed. The stove/oven had never been touched and the cabinets were a mess. When I pay $200 for the cleaning of an empty house I expect that the kitchen will at least will be spotless. This was my first thumbtack experience and unfortunately it was not a good one.
