We hired Michael for our daughter’s graduation party. I can’t begin to say enough good things about our experience. From the very beginning Michael was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped us plan the food and setup for the party with many good suggestions and made us feel at ease about the party. There were some unexpected events that came up just prior to our party but Michael and team overcame them and catered our party beautifully - such a dependable team!! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I spent four years at College in London. I spent four years training at the same time and place as Gordon Ramsey. We both were put through our paces to see if we would hold up to the riggers of working in a five star Hotel, Restaurant, and extensive banqueting operation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?First of all, Do not be scared to ask questions. A professional will take the time to better understand exactly what you are looking for. Ask if your chef will visit you to allow you and them feel at ease.
