Devaughn is an amazing trainer! He finds the balance between meeting you at your current fitness level and pushing you to your limit. He doesn't take himself too seriously so I always have fun and a few laughs when we train. I saw instant results when I first started training with him. My stomach was tighter and I had more confidence. If you want to melt fat and build muscle, you need to go see him!
I don't know where to start! I have tried multiple fitness pros before meeting Gus and none of them can compare to the service Gus has offered me. He always replies to my emails and texts whenever I have questions, he makes my workout plans every month, and just overall truly cares about my goals. I hired Tay from Elite Personal Fitness to train my wife and myself (my wife's idea). I wasn't sure about this because we are at different fitness levels. But Tay took the time to learn about both of us and she tailored our workouts to get the most from each of us. I would recommend her. She keeps it fresh and fun.
My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. Scott is a great trainer. He is responsive to his clients needs and abilities and adjusts workouts accordingly to maximize the benefits. He always watches form and corrects where needed. I like that he starts a workout with mobility training to loosen you up. He's also very easy to talk to. I've enjoyed all of his workouts!
Great workouts. He listens and is willing to adjust the workout to obtain optimal fitness. There were workouts I did not find effective and he tweaked the workout to make it more challenging for me and my body .
