We hired Mike to cater for our wedding reception on 4/21/17. We picked him mainly based on reviews here. We thought how can we do wrong with someone who has received so many excellent reviews....and we found out that we were absolutely right and that the reviews were very accurate. The planning and service provided was very professional and with an obvious personal touch that puts you at ease immediately. Mike will work with you based on your budget and give you suggestions on what to prioritize spending money on and where to skimp out and that nobody will notice or care.... He was absolutely right on his suggestions. He has immense experience that he can give you great suggestions and execute what you wanted out of the evening in a flawless professional manner... above and beyond your expectations. The food received great reviews from our guests. To be honest, for the money we spent you can't get such diverse fare he put together for us from anyone else here in Michigan....at least that is what we found out from the couple of months of shopping around we did.... His staff were excellent and managed the bar and the buffet extremely well. The chef himself will come out, serve and talk to your guests in his chef outfit and in general help liven up the buffet experience and the party in general. I highly recommend Mike and his team.

I hired Chef Nicole to host a dinner party for some of my valued clients. From the very start she was extremely helpful in guiding us to the perfect menu for the evening. On the day of the event she show up on time, prepared and was very organized. As she prepared our meal, the interaction she had with my guests was top notch; everyone really enjoyed her company. In addition to that the food was amazing and there wasn't a single piece of food left on any of the plates. I couldn't have imagined the evening going any better and we're already in the process of scheduling another event with Chef Nicole and It's JUST Food, LLC. Thank You!!

Benita was amazing to work with! She was professional, timely and efficient. She put together my wedding reception ballroom for me while I was getting ready and the compliments kept rolling in on how beautiful everything was. I gave her a description of what I wanted and she captured what I wanted perfectly! I will post a picture when the professional photos come in but everything was amazing she definitely took a load off my plate and made my day a lot easier.
