Bill did a fantastic job painting the inside of our house. He pays special attention and did an outstanding job on the detail work required around moldings/windows and doors. Bill is an artist by nature and completes high quality of work in a timely manner. Bill takes the time to prep the walls properly and covers furniture and floors completely. Great job at a very fair price!! Recommend highly to anyone!!

To say William is Reliable would be a misnomer. He told me when he would start, told me how long it would take to paint our entire condo and when he would be finished and he did it. William work was way above and beyond our expectations. He painted our condo as if he were painting a masterpiece. He offered advice that was sound and did a fantastic job. Since he finished our condo, we have decided to paint our living room and have William do it. I could not praise William's work enough.

Contacted William to paint a 13' x 16' room. He prepped, sanded, caulked all gaps and painted two high quality coats on the walls. I recommend him highly and he is friendly and trustworthy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. $1.00 per square foot of floor space for labor. About $1.50 per square foot of floor for labor and materials. That is minor wall prep, all caulking, 3 color paint (ceiling,trim, 2 coasts wall). Example 1400 square feet is $1400 labor, or with materials $2100.
