- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base cost for 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and one common room is $100. Discounts for repeat appointments will be applied at the completion of the second appointment. Please mention any qualification for a discount upon scheduling appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please plan 15 minutes either in person or via video chat if preferred to discuss preferences and and special requests. I provide cleaning supplies that do not contain ammonia or bleach and are not heavily scented. Please provide any specific product you prefer. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic only paper towel and disposable magic eraser sponges and gloves will be used and disposed of onsite. Please provide a vacuum and mop as in order to ensure there are no germs spread between houses each property should provide if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken online courses and participated in training for Covid 19 Safe Cleaning Practices, Proper Cleaning Methods for hardwood and Laminate flooring, Natural Wood Cabinetry, and best domestic cleaning practices as well.
