Superior Moving Company

I was so happy to work with Superior Moving in Grand Rapids Michigan. Smaller Company with employees who are responsive, who know the work, who work hard....we are talking slot of stairs!!! Who protected all my furniture without asking. They were well versed inTetris - everything stacked in nicely and secured. VERY impressed with the rates and the talent. ( My last move with a well known franchise was a disaster ) BIG SHOUT OUT TO ADAM AND TOM!

Superior Moving Company lives up to their name. They were fast and friendly. Very professional. I would recommend to my family and friends, and that says a lot. Thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving!

Adam did a great job. He let me know a worker didn’t come in and he would be at the storage unit as soon as he could. He got there in 15 mins from agreed upon time. He and the other worker did an excellent job and worked quickly to minimize cost. I would use his service again and actually am as he is moving my piano. I will definitely recommend him and his company to anyone.

Had a couple of snafus in the beginning but the owner was very apologetic and the moving guys made up for it with excellent, professional service. While I didn't expect a refund for having to reschedule due to their truck breaking down, it would have been nice to have been offered a price break or discount on future services, for instance. While the inconvenience was not a huge issue because I was able to work it out with my schedule, if I did not have the flexibility, it would have been pretty difficult to manage. I understand fully from my own experiences as a small business owner that small businesses such as this have had to overcome many obstacles beyond the normal headaches of vehicles breaking down, etc. Overall, good experience with these guys...would recommend.

The guys were great. I could not have asked for anything better. I have used other companies in the past that were nothing close to the quality and price. Absolutely would recommend 100%
