I was not expecting a miracle but Jason and his team did just that...performed a miracle. My light carpet was disgusting especially in the high traffic areas. Jason and Richard arrived early one morning and got to work. 90 minutes later, my carpets look almost brand new and my house smelled amazing. I expected my bill to be super high because my carpet was so gross. My jaw dropped when I saw the bill, which was super reasonable and included so many free services including the deodorizer AND stain removal!!! Thank you Jason, Richard and the All In One Team. I am amazed because when we spoke a day later, you said everything looked great. Your rugs were dry before I left. I am uncertain what happened after your cleaning. We only give high quality service. Not sure what happened to your rug. But we only give 5-star cleaning all time.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we are hired, we always use 4 step process, this consist of contacting the customer a day prior to remind them of the appointment, the day of the job we will call 1 to 2 hours in advance to reconfirm job, once we arrive we do a walk through with customers of all areas and furniture that needs steam cleaning, during this time we give a brief tutorial of the cleaning process and inform customers of the type of solutions that will be used to clean the carpet, then before leaving the job we make sure every customer is satisfied by doing a final inspection of the areas steam cleaned.
