- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are hired, we always use 4 step process, this consist of contacting the customer a day prior to remind them of the appointment, the day of the job we will call 1 to 2 hours in advance to reconfirm job, once we arrive we do a walk through with customers of all areas and furniture that needs steam cleaning, during this time we give a brief tutorial of the cleaning process and inform customers of the type of solutions that will be used to clean the carpet, then before leaving the job we make sure every customer is satisfied by doing a final inspection of the areas steam cleaned.
