- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I gauge the length of time needed for a project and work within an agreed upon timeline for the rendering of visual content, and provide multiple versions of what I offer as digital files in different formats for the final product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically analyze what the person needs, judging from description of their bid. I tailor my approach to the individual with whom I am dealing, and accept contracts that I can reasonably expect to complete on time and with reasonable pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended school for psychology, business fundamentals, and graphic media arts. I am experienced in using Adobe Creative Cloud software, having utilized these programs for 10+ years. I try to maintain a positive professionalism when talking to people about their projects.
