- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible and do offer a sliding scale. Currently, I can only accept cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After texting emailing, etc. sometimes we talk on the phone, but either way an appt. is made. When I first meet a new client we usually talk for a bit, I will do some assessments and if the client is ready we will begin the massage therapy session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed The Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy Program and Irene's School of Myomassology. I have taken a plura of seminars, CE Courses, volunteered by giving the less fortunate, etc. free massages, etc.
