Joe replaced our entire sewer that was a complete mess. The job ended up being much worse than anticipated. He stuck to our original agreement nevertheless. In our case, it was very important that the job was not delayed as our basement had about 8 inches of water in it. He arranged for the work to begin and it started exactly when he said it would. The crew that came out to work with him were excellent, and also nice people. They had no problem with updating us on what they were doing and educating us on the process. I cannot say enough good things about Joe Colville. He restored my faith in humanity this past week after having so many bad things happen and for that I am forever grateful. He is not only an excellent plumber, but a good man with integrity and character. We are just blessed that we found him to help us. I would recommend Joe for any job that you might have. He went totally above and beyond what was expected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - and I mean that.

We hired perfect plumbing to do the plumbing on both of our bathrooms while we were getting them redone. We had a tankless water system installed, a steamer in our walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub in our master bedroom as well as all new plumbing and shower heads. Joe was very knowledgeable, professional, and dependable. Because we also were getting new tile and flooring installed at the same time, Perfect Plumbing had to work along with this other company. Certain things needed to be complete on their end in order for Joe to do what he needed to do. Unfortunately, this other company wasn't as prompt and dependable as Joe and his company was. Therefore Joe ended up making trips to our home to complete some work and was unable to do it on that day. Never once did he complain or get upset. His ability to be flexible and patient was very appreciated. Much of the things that I enjoy most about my bathroom, were all things that Joe suggested to us. Like all things, nicer things cost money but in my opinion are well worth it. This was the last time I had planned to remodel my bathrooms so I wanted to spend the money to do them the right way the first time. If you are looking for a plumber and you hire Perfect Plumbing, you will not be disappointed. I was completely happy from start to finish.

I was asked to consider writing a review - good, bad or indifferent. I realize word of mouth is important for the smaller biz owner so I agreed, however Perfect Plumbing had no idea what I would say. So here goes: If you are looking for a plumbing contractor to pull up in a flashy truck with huge logos all over it, PP is not your company. However, if you require someone who is passionate about their work and cares deeply about the overall quality - PP is an excellent choice. Joe Colville is Perfect Plumbing and he lives and breathes his trade. He's extremely knowledgeable and combined with his passion for the trade - this truly makes him a stand out. Joe came on a Sunday to evaluate our situation. Subsequently, he and his crew spent three days in our home redoing the failing cast iron sewer line with PVC. In addition, there had been considerable patchy repair work done over the years which required some redesigning. So, this wasn't a paint-by-the-numbers job and since 95% of their work would eventually be buried in the walls or ceilings, there was great concern this job be done correctly. I took a deep interest; watched and questioned almost everything. Joe's overall experience and attention to detail really came into play. In the end, I could not have been more pleased, and they exceeded my expectations. Joe is very generous with his time and answered all my questions even on aspects of plumbing not related to his job. He also had one of his crew return on the fourth day to just be sure the place was properly cleaned up. That tells me about his thoroughness, which I also appreciated. So, I give Joe Colville and Perfect Plumbing a solid thumbs up. I won't hesitate to use him in the future for any plumbing issues. I can confidently cross, "Need plumber" off my list!

I was suckered into it Lol just kidding :) A friend got me a job in 1990 for $7.00 an hr and it went from there.
