FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either work hourly or a flat fee based on the scope of work determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first have a phone conversation to assess the overall needs of the prospective client. We then schedule an in person meeting to further develop the scope of work necessary and discuss budget. I then create a proposal that details pricing and scope of work for client approval. Once approved and signed, a budget is created, a detailed interview is given and preliminary design work begins. There are usually a few phases due to value engineering and making sure the look is absolutely right for you and reflects you and your family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from a certified program at The Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, CA. I have been a working Designer for 11 years working on countless residential and commercial projects as both Designer and Project Manager.
