Mind-full Counseling

Introduction: I provide creative and encouraging mental health services to individuals, couples and families. Clients tell me I am friendly, non-judgmental, and have a good sense of humor. I believe that positive change is possible in the midst of whatever unique challenges you or your relationship encounter and approach therapy with a mindful, supportive and active energy. The individuals and couples I see may: - Be in conflict with their partner and struggle with ways to connect and work through issues. - Desire to have more intimacy, but not know how to create that. - Feel like their communication is not what they want it to be with their partner. - Noticing that small issues turn into arguments because of past hurts and disappointment. - Are withdrawing from their partner more and more to avoid potential conflict. - Tried working through things on their own and would like support and new ideas & tools. - Juggle busy lives and need help finding balance between work, family, and their relationship. - Want to better understand why they are attracted to certain people or relationships. - Are navigating major life transitions such as kids, career change, unemployment, or change in relationship status. - Want to reduce the amount of time they spend feeling anxious, depressed or worrying. Together we will discover new growth areas for change and uncover new solutions for healthier and happier life you seek. I offer a complimentary 1/2 hour phone or in-person consultation to see if I am a good fit for what you are seeking. Appointments available Thursdays and Fridays (day and evening) Occasional Saturday availability. $100 per 50 minute session. $135 per 75 minute session. Sliding scale fee options if cost is a barrier to receiving counseling.
