Kris did a great job. I moved into a home in June and the basement carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Kris arrived and went right to work. He walked me through all of the steps he was taking during the prep phase and provided some ideas on how to fix some of the bubbles in the carpet etc. He got a ton of stains out that I never thought were possible like paint! It is obvious that Kris takes immense pride in his work and making his customers happy is a top priority. While he was writing up the invoice I was asking him a ton of questions about floor care in general and explained that I was having a terrible time getting my grout cleaned in my bathrooms. He gave me recommendations on what products to use and how to apply them for best results. He then went out to his truck and came back in with one of the products that he had on hand and gave me a sample to get started. And it worked!!!! My grout is pristine. Thank you Kris for a great experience and amazing work!! You are officially my go-to for all things flooring from here on out!

Kris did an excellent job on my carpets!! He is a professional. I hired him to clean my tile and he told me he was not satisfied with the job as he need more chemicals to clean the grout. He said no charge. I paid him for the job and he said he would be back to redo it no charge. He stands behind his work and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is good and up to his standards.
