Ryan came over to spray my acoustic textured ceiling this weekend. It was just a patch where we removed a wall. He did an excellent job matching the color and texture. He came over the next day following the request (on a Saturday even), and did the work quickly and without any mess (which is tough with that sprayed texture). Highly recommended, thanks Ryan!

He was terrific. Worked until completed, honest, and recommended treatment for the wood on my deck. He followed through on recommendations.

He did a drywall corner repair on tape that had come loose in several areas. He answered questions, was accurate in time and price estimates, was knowledgeable, skillful, fair in pricing, arrived on time and did a good job.

WOW! Ryan Schwartz came out and pressure washed our home. It was DIRTY. Ryan worked HARD for about 6 hours and did the house (two stories), the garage, the wrap around porch and blew all of the leaves into the alley. He is worth every penny. He was soaked and did not stop all afternoon. He was really nice and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs power washing service! If I could rate him higher than a 5, I would do it!

Ryan was very thorough. He did what he said he'd do, was pleasant to work with and did a great job of clean up. He really knew what he was doing.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing system isn’t too complicated. All of my pricing is price per square foot or price per lineal foot. However, it’s still has a base of how long it takes and how much material is used. But, breaking it down to the square foot or the lineal foot allows me to provide the customer with an extremely accurate price that is competitive with other painters.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The best thing a painter can do to continue their educational process is to stay knowledgeable of the current products and application techniques. The best way to do this is by going to “pro shows” and talking with product representatives. I also find that forming a close nit community with your fellow painters helps a lot.
