FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Getting started is easy. We’ll begin with a brief meeting or phone conversation discussing your current situation and financial goals. If we seem like a good fit for your financial planning needs, we’ll schedule a time for you to meet at one of our office locations. From here we will further examine the complexity of your financial plan, and we will discover how we can best work together. In addition, as Thrivent is a not-for-profit membership organization, it's important to note that our clients typically pay less for advice, pay lower investment fees, and pay lower premium costs than other commercial financial services companies, all while maintaining the highest standard of service and ethics. These higher fees at other companies can add up to many thousands of dollars over the years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Understand your financial objectives and concerns. 2) Personalize how we work together based on your needs and preferences. 3) Gather information to understand your current situation. 4) Analyze your situation and develop strategies and options that reflect your values and goals. 5) Implement your desired strategies. 6) Review your situation and progress, making necessary adjustments.
