- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to us to truly understand your goals, and to work together to achieve them within your budget. We provide free, thorough, onsite estimates in which we take our time to review your project and budget with you. In spending this extra time with you and your home, we can ensure fair pricing with minimal surprises and unexpected expenses throughout the completion of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting a relationship with a new customer, our first step is to schedule a completely free onsite consultation with one of our very experienced estimators. We use this complimentary consultation to get to know you, discuss your project and goals, and understand your desired budget and timeline, so that we can put together a detailed estimate that truly aligns with your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a wide variety of qualified, trained, and licensed construction industry professionals on our staff including; multiple licensed General Contractors, two licensed Home Inspectors, one licensed Building Official, and seasoned certified Project Managers. If you are looking for an experienced team, our management team has a combined experience of over 100 years in the residential and commercial construction industry!
