I was incredibly impressed with this plumber. He was able to come out the same day and complete two toilet installs. He was respectful of our home and was very kind to our multiple (and very curious) pets. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Quite frankly, his services are a steal! Allen is easy to work with and very knowledgable. In the future, I plan to have some upgrades to my house and he kindly provided some recommendations on contractors and electricians. This spring I will be having a utility tub moved and I plan on contacting Spitfire Plumbing to complete the job.
I was very happy with the service provided. They recommended a solution for the specific job I requested and met estimate. I pointed out a separate concern i had and they advised on some things that should have been done differently by prior home owner/contractor as well as identified and addressed some issues with existing wiring, boxes and outlets providing updated reasonable estimate for the additional work on the spot. They also addressed smoke detectors that were out of code. I would highly recommend Hannah Electric for your electrical contracting needs. Super nice guys too.
Needed new soffit board to replace rotting boards above bay window, that also contained a wasp nest or two. He also cleaned rain gutters. Things he did that were great: 1) showed up for initial meeting and to give estimate ON TIME! 2) performed beautiful work over bay window with new soffit boards complete with paint job; and removed wasps nest, 3) reasonably priced for this single-income household, 4) felt totally comfortable with him and appreciated his gracious attitude towards me as a female client. Was not condescending (which is my experience with a few contractors in the past). Will definitely ask him to return to help with more "fixer-upper" jobs as well as some more complex renovations.
Mr. Anderson was absolutely the best independent contractor I've ever had the experience of hiring and working with. He is consultative, fair, honest, and a wealth of knowledge in all areas of home construction. He has nact for knowing what the current styles and trends are, and was able to recommend patterns, colors, and bring to the table unique ideas that were completely unknown to me. I was able to tell him what I liked and he would give me an honest opinion of how things would look, what products I should use and offer solutions to everything. Communication was phenomenal and he was able to " dumb it down " for me so I could understand what he was talking about. I have referred him to a few other customers and they have been extremely impressed as well. When it comes to tiling, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, backsplashes, flooring, painting, granite installation, unfinished basements - he does it all and has for over 2 decades. His area of expertise are all of the above. My mother had a very old home that needed work in every room from exterior to all of the interior. He was able to get it completely fixed up when she passed. I had met with numerous contractors and I would have had to hire several different people to complete the remodel. Mr. Anderson is a one-stop shop. I would highly recommend Mr. Anderson for any home project or remodel. He completely met and exceeded all of my expectations. He was able to offer me the most competitive pricing and he got the job done within the timeframe he originally estimated. He is a perfectionist and was able to communicate and address & answer all of my questions or concerns- and I had a lot! He is the epitome of professionalism and I could trust him in the home which was very important to me. He was able to successfully complete the areas of electrical and plumbing I needed from him as well. He was very honest about his scope of expertise. Rest assured any project you have- Mr. Anderson will get the job done! He was well worth the money and was less expensive than anyone that offered bids which originally made me nervous, however he was able to give me a legitimate breakdown of all pricing. Thank you for your outstanding work and I will continue referring you business whenever I have to opportunity to do so! Stacy O - Elko MN
Will Marshall is very detailed, very competent, in all that he does. He makes sure to do exactly what is wanted, offers suggestions for ways you might not have thought of in providing you with the best outcome. He works steadily, quietly, and efficiently, leaving the site clean and shining. We had plumbing issues, and are very satisfied with his work. We discovered that he is a general contractor and plan to hire him for a major home rehab. Highly recommend Will!
We hired Deborah and her team to perform mold testing and moisture remediation on the basement of our 100+ year-old Lowry Hill home following a home inspection that raised those concerns. Having worked with a number of contractors on our home, Deborah's responsiveness and hands-on approach impressed me right out of the gate. Her team (sometimes up to 7 or 8, but always around 3-4 people) was onsite for about a week, and I found them to be extremely professional and trustworthy. My husband was out of town when the work was performed, and I never once felt uncomfortable having her team working in our home. This says a lot, as I have definitely felt on-edge working with other contractors in the past, even if their work product was solid. Deborah and team really went above and beyond to make sure the work we hired them for was done well, and in budget, within the tight time frame we had specified. Additionally, when I was having trouble finding other contractors with different specialties to do work outside of Deborah's company's immediate area of expertise, she leveraged her own network and helped me line up contractors that same week to help with exterior grading and weed removal. She also made sure her own crew was staffed with the right expertise to help with other smaller jobs we needed to have done: gutter cleaning, shingle replacement, porch-rail building, and painting. All of the work that was performed "passed" our relocation company's strict testing/rules. It was a godsend to have found Deborah when we did, and I strongly recommend her to anyone!
Appreciated having a licensed plumbing contractor to assess and repair my shower issue.
Greg Carlson at Gigantous Inc. did a really nice job refinishing a floor for us. He stayed extra late through unanticipated difficulties with the floor and completed the job in very short order to meet a furniture delivery deadline. He is great about keeping up with communications and leaving the work area clean, too. Greg also has both a good sense of fairness and a strong commitment to doing a quality job and shows a desire to meet his customer's expectations. He was knowledgeable in discussing options and flexible in carrying these out. When he is on-site he really works hard. We have had two other services refinish floors for us previously and Greg's work is by far the nicest of the 3 we have had done. I would invite him back for future jobs anytime. By the way, he seems to be pretty knowledgeable about other general home work, too.
This project is still in progress. The handyman will be doing the work on Saturday.
I had my interior trim and doors installed and painted. I had started the process a couple years ago, but was having difficulty finishing the project with 3 young boys and all there activities. I hired Adventure 25 to come out and give a bid and they could start the project in about a week. The first part of the process was to finish the trim work and rip all the basement trim out and a couple of doors that had not been replaced yet. The trim work was done in a couple of days. The painting was delayed because of rainy weather. This is where the stress begins. The prep work that comes before painting can be a lot of work and time consuming. There was little to no prep of the trim. Lots of missed nail holes, lots of missed caulking and the stuff that was done was very poor. I was told that this is high quality paint and it will cover in one coat. I know better. It can take several coats to make the white trim look good. There was paint all over the wood floors, tile in kitchen, paint on the cabinets, paint on my trees outside, paint on the concrete driveway, paint on my fire pit. There seemed to be no care in the world. Jaimie kept telling me that we are not painters. I understand that but my 5 year could of done better. It was supposed to be rolled and instead there was pain brush marks all the trim. The one painter said he thought it would look cute to but swirls with his brush on the top of all the door trims. I met with Jaimie 4 different times to which he said how do I make this right? I would go through things with him and come home at the end of the day to find more of a mess and continued poor quality work. I have never seen anything like this. He would say it would be fixed but I don't think he would watch over his workers and forget to tell them things. I am stressed out beyond believe as my hope was to have this finished to spend more time with my kids. Instead I have to redo most of it. I had another contractor come out and told me it would be about 10 thousand to fix. He never had seen such poor quality work. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Very nice person but I think he was over his head and always in a rush, hence the poor quality work. Since I cant pay 10 thousand to someone to fix it, I am now looking at a year or so to fix my trim. Very frustrated and angry customer.
I haven't had a lot of experience with contractors but this company was very professional from beginning to end. I had my bathroom remodeled and updated. They arrived to my home within the time frame that was given. They called to let me know when they were on their way. They cleaned up behind themselves and walked through with me and explained everything they did and options if I wished to change anything in the near future. I was so pleased with their work, I'm also getting a barn door installed and I'll be doing another review on how that installation goes as well. Overall, I am very pleased with their service and quality of work.
Nick and Top Notch Construction had the flexibility to tailor the roofing contract to the property owner's needs and requests. The work was performed in a timely manner. The estimate was very much within market reason, and his crews could communicate in English with other contractors on site and with the tenants of the property. There was not damage to flower gardens and other vegetation. Well done.
Fantastic work, punctual and professional. As a professional I hire many contractors that said I would highly recommend this one.
He knew what he was doing and he gave us a high priority unlike some of the other contractors we looked into. He helped us a lot and was able to schedule us within a week! Definitely recommend.
Julio was great to work with. I was in need of a subcontractor for a big drywall job and he was there to size up the job the next day and got it started immediately. The job was completed way before I thought it would be and the work quality was great. Very enjoyable guy to work with.
The workmanship is outstanding. Dave and Jeff are very nice and honest people, and getting the works done. Would be an excellent contractor with a little better communication. Will definitely use them again.
We hired Preston to build a pergola over our deck and an overhang over our back door entry. He did a GREAT JOB -- high quality work, consultative on design, very courteous and professional, and finished the project on time. We are thrilled with the results, would absolutely use this contractor again and recommend him to others!
Tim Kohner was great. He was hired to fix the mistakes caused by a subcontractor who said they were qualified to do trim work. Tim did an exceptional job and helped us stay on schedule with our remodeling project. We learned an expensive lesson on this job but now we know a qualified professional. Thanks Tim.
Anthony arrived on time, was prepared (had made a purchase on our behalf for our small project and painted ahead of time), was very neat as he went about his work, and did the job in less time than we thought it would take. He also went to the trouble of doing detail painting on-site when the job was done (interior door installation), just to make everything perfect. Because it was less involved than he had anticipated from our email exchanges beforehand, he prorated the total job cost downward which was unexpectedly nice. He also cleaned up after himself very thoroughly (a big problem we've had with other contractors recently), and removed all the waste from the job so nobody could tell he was there. On top of all that, he was a super nice guy. We will be hiring him again.
Ryan is one of the exceptional contractors that is proactive and keeps to his schedule and definitely communicates to keep the customer in the loop
Responsive, realistic, and reliable. Executive Exteriors was great! We me with several contractors and selected Executive Exteriors because of the strong Project Management they offered, as outlined during the initial meeting, which would give us peace of mind. Not only were they responsive every step of the way, but they’d go above and beyond – even came in right on budget and finished earlier than projected! They took our vision and made it into the modern kitchen we never thought was possible – and the process was painless. We were provided a full layout design prior to beginning, which was flawless and on point, all while keeping our budget in mind and keeping to a realistic timeline. Mike is the man… he’s experienced enough to provide insight and ideas that we didn’t even know was possible – he even showed me how to do a few hands-on pieces myself. That’s just the type of business they run out there. Top of the line. We are amazed with the outcome and are enjoying the endless compliments we’re receiving from our friends and family!
