- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule Cleaning 2. Fill-out a quick Questionnaire so I can estimate time, what products I will need, and how I can best prepare to suite your needs. 3. Arrive at customer home on cleaning day, do a pre-clean walkthrough to ensure the home is in the condition that is stated by customer. I WILL NOT PACK CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS FOR MOVEOUT CLEANINGS. It is expected that your floors and surfaces be clutter free before I arrive for cleaning. 4. When cleaning is finished, pay will be expected Cash, Cashapp, Venmo are all acceptable methods of payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years experience cleaning with a partner/ for companies. Some independent work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was seventeen, my sister started her own side hustle cleaning houses. She had experience cleaning for companies and trained me in on everything she learned! Together we would find new cleanings, and tackle each project. I learned a lot from her!
