After having been in the contracting business for the last decade in Minnesota and Wisconsin on both residential and commerical jobs, i have found the most common mistake building owners make is that they will agree to work with the first contractor that shows up. The next time you require a contractor, ask yourself this: Is this contractor serving my needs or just wanting to make a buck and only seeing dollar signs when they look at me? The real question you need to figure out is this; Is this person really looking out for my best interests from all perspectives? and will they provide the best products at the most reasonable prices with the highest quality of installation and services?
