Joe fist consulted with me to understand the event & my event needs. The night of the event was casual and fun for all who attended. Joe provided a great balance of showing us tips & techniques versus Joe doing the work so all attendees could socialize & enjoy the presented food. Everyone loved the food as well which was exactly as I expected per the initial consultation we had.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying for my Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and then on to my Certified Executive Chef (CEC)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working two jobs (office & restaurant). I immediately fell in love with the restaurant and enrolled in culinary school.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know what you want from your caterer. The more details that you can give about the event itself the smoother the event can be for both parties involved.
