I am currently studying for my Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and then on to my Certified Executive Chef (CEC)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working two jobs (office & restaurant). I immediately fell in love with the restaurant and enrolled in culinary school.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you know what you want from your caterer. The more details that you can give about the event itself the smoother the event can be for both parties involved.
