Computer Repair

After going to Best Buy for the repair and them trying to convince me to just get a new computer I called a few places and 1. he gave me the best price 2. he finished the job extremely quick. I saved over 75% by going thru him instead of Best Buy. And when the problem was not as bad as I was told it could be he was honest and didn't over charge me. I will definitely use him and recommend him for any computer issues in the future.

Computer Repair

I had a cracked screen on my computer, so I put my project up on thumbtack. Matt quickly responded and offered a very good price, significantly lower than the competition. The screen looks great! I was unable to get to his office before 5, when he closes up shop; yet he stayed at the office until I could get there at 5:20. I couldn't have asked for more from him and would recommend broadview to anyone who needs some pc work done.

PC Computer Repair

Matt Cornelius of Broadview Technology Solutions responded to my Thumbtack project request in good time. I selected him due to his background profile and business location in Burnsville, MN where I reside. At my request, he picked up my PC for service and returned it 24 hours later. When I had additional concerns about browser performance, Matt responded quickly and we worked remotely to correct the problem to my satisfaction. I recommend Broadview Tech for individuals with home computer service needs.

Data Recovery Service

Matt did a terrific job with recovering my hard drive. I crashed my hard drive and took it over to Best Buy, and they could not recover it and asked for more money. But Matt was able to recover it with such low cost. I will recommend Matt to anyone who needs help in Recovering their data.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We accept Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum for service (not parts).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Associate Degree in Network Administration.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was younger I used to take apart broken radios and other electronics. Sooner or later I got my first PC, and kept upgrading, scrapping the old ones, and upgrading more. I got in to the habit of upgrading my current system until the "bitter end" when the system would just no longer cut it. Today Broadview Technology employs this same practice, saving people and businesses from the expense of buying new systems every time something goes wrong. We agree the current state seems to be a "throwaway society"... but should it be? We don't think so.
