I had health issues in the past year that meant we needed a deep clean of our house. AJ spent the time it took, even though that was longer then she had thought it would. Our house was cleaned from top to bottom and the house looks brand-new. I also felt instantly comfortable with her. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and AJ and her partner were completely comfortable around the animals and they got rid of every dust bunny! The price isn't the least or the most expensive, but we would recommend her even if she was the most expensive. You will get your monies-worth and more. We will continue to use J & A Pristine Cleaning Services in the future on a regular basis.

I would like to discuss this thouroughly from my perspective with Thumbtack. I have had many cleaning personnel and agencies over the years and the service was extremely poor and she is disrespectful.

we totally disagree here. the quote we gave was on much smaller home and this client requested we clean things in a certain way and for a lower price than we normally charge. The client was not honest when requesting a quote , as far as home size and br /ba counts And added the need for insides of appliances when we arrived. I was upfront that we could not clean this huge home in the tome frame we had allotted and not for the price based on an in accurate quote request, I asked Terri to book with someone else as I did not want her to feel shorted and we could not do this large home that she said was much smaller. When the client began to cry and said she needed the job done now we stayed and cleaned. We did a great job worked longer than booked and did the oven for no added fee. I feel that no matter what we did,she was not going to be happy. It is very unfortunate that we got this totally inaccurate review, and that some people are very dishonest. Please contact me,we have many great long term clients and referrals...

MY ADVICE IS DONT JUST GO WITH THE PERSON/COMPANY WITH THE CHEAPEST PRICE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY. HIRE ONE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND DONT BE AFRAID TO NEGOTIATE. ..
