Introduction: Hello! My name is Lynn. Do you have a rental home you would like to run as an airBNB? Are you looking for someone to take over the management of your rental home and tend to your guests needs? If so, I'm your gal! I do everything including managing online bookings, tending to guests needs, and cleaning/flipping the house for the next rental! The only thing you will need to worry about is how to spend the money being deposited into your account! My expereince with short-term rentals dates back to 2016. Most recently in Santa Fe, MN I fully managed and cleaned 3 AirBNB properties, always with positive reviews! All my properties had Superhost status. Currently I host and clean a 2 bedroom vacation rental connected to my home and a 1 bedroom condo in Hillcrest! It's a perfect time re-enter, or enter for the first time, the world of airbnb. In Santa Fe my management rate was 25% of the booking fee plus the cleaning fee (100% goes to the cleaner - me or a professional cleaner I will schedule/hire) but San Diego is a competitive market so I am lowering my percentage to 15% plus the cleaning fee. Clean fee is paid by the guest. About me: I am educated with a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, however; about 10 years ago, after 5 years in the corporate world, I completely changed my life into that of a "Free Spirit". I relocated to San Diego in November. I am an aerialist, fire spinner, and dancer and the Youth Coordinator at the local circus school Aerial Revolution. I was a dancer in my youth and before my stint in engineering, so really I feel like I just came back to myself! Since 2015 I have also been the Creative Director of my non-profit An Ascension Space. We aim to uplift through performance art, somatic movement, and holistic education. Wherever your property may be in the San Diego area, my lifestyle and flexible schedule will allow me to make your guests needs a top priority. The only thing you will need to worry about it how to spend the money being deposited in your account! I have experience getting an unfurnished home up and running, as well as taking over already active rental homes. Your home and property will be in good, caring, and attentive hands with me.
