I hired Amazing Spaces in the summer of 2015 to help stage my Townhome so that it might sell. I had had the home on the market in the spring and saw very little activity. After the staging I had more activity and sold the house to someone who saw it the very first day.
The Townhome was empty when Debra came. She gave me advice on details to update - door pulls, paint colors, fireplace painting, etc. I chose the changes I was willing to make. Debra brought in all the furniture and decor items. My home was beautiful!
Debra was very accommodating to my schedule and easy to work with. Some of the people who saw my home, hired Debra to help with their homes which weren't even for sale. It was that beautiful!
The money was well spent!

Debra staged our home for a 3 month period and the home sold within that first 3 months. The staging was beautifully done and she was able to redistribute drapes that were already there in ways we could never have imagined making it all look better than we had been able to do with our own things. She went beyond the call by hanging the new kitchen fixture that we were unable to do. We were out of town when the home was sold and it was time to pack up. There was absolutely no problem with how she left the home. Very clean and with no damage at all. We are sure that the beauty of the furnishings she supplied helped to show our townhome at its best and got us the best price we could expect. She is very easy to work with and has a professional attitude and skill. We were most happy with the results and would recommend Amazing Spaces to any homeowner.

I give Debra a 5 Star Review. Her customer service was immediate with my client, her staging was the best I've ever seen and she did so many extras that I was truly amazed. She takes care of those difficult staging conversations we have to have with our Sellers and before you know it, the clients are all in and your homes will sell faster and for more money. I would love to keep her for my own, but she deserves to get all of your staging business as well.
