I had always been active but my solo workouts werent giving me the desired results. Choosing John Peters as my personal trainer changed all that. During my two years working out with John, he taught me how to get the most out of my strength training and cardio. John is knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. What I most appreciate about John is that he made an effort to know me and what type of workouts I needed to be successful. He made me work hard and once I saw the results I was able to make myself work hard. I moved to Texas five years ago. I keep asking him to move here because I cant find a quality trainer that kicks my butt like he did. However, because of Johns coaching, Im able to continue the exercise program I learned from him and maintain the results he helped me create.
I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.

I have been working with Bennett for about 2 months now and am very happy I contacted him. I am pretty new to fitness and have never been a regular gym goer. I always had some excuse in the past, but I became tired of not having the energy to keep up with my kids. Bennett has helped me with my mindset, confidence and persistence in working toward my fitness goals. I was a bit nervous to contact a personal trainer since I’ve never really gone to the gym with any regularity and didn’t know what to expect (plus Jillian Michaels and trainers like her scare me), but Bennett has been the very opposite of those stereotypical personal trainers. For one, he is an excellent listener and wants to know your goals and your body’s trouble areas. He is careful not to push too hard and is very keen on safety. Most importantly, he does things the right way, with the whole picture of fitness and diet and proper form and safety. He will meet you at whatever stage you are at and work with you to increase your health and fitness. One of his favorite expressions is “For now,” as in “Bennett, I am having a hard time doing this exercise.” “For now,” he’ll say, pointing me toward a fitter future. I see a lot of the reviews are from people who have been working with Bennett for 4+ years, so as a newbie I am speaking to people just now considering (or who have hesitated to consider for whatever reason) working with a personal trainer. Bennett is an excellent person to get you on your way.
Very courteous staff that are as invested in the effort as I am. I have not started yet, but I can't wait to get working on fitness and nutrition plans. Time will tell!

I've been working with Lori Johnson for over nine months now. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds but I am stronger, happier, and feel the best I ever have! Friends and family saw my transformation and now they are training with Lori as well! I have done both personal training and fitness boot camps with Lori. She makes each workout challenging and different! You are never bored and you leave knowing you didnt just go to the gym, you accomplished something! Her privately owned gym, Iron Works, offers a variety of workout equipment, a place to change clothes and a lounge for the kids to hang out in while you work out. (or they can work out with you!) I've always been highly skeptical of trainers. I haven't trained with a ton of different people, but I don't think I've ever found one that I felt super confident that they knew what they were talking about. Luckily, I started training with Rachael, and she changed that! Her knowledge of fitness and the human body is so deep and well rounded. She can help you with your fitness from every angle that you could want, be it working around an injury or your diet. She knows how to give you a workout that will push your limits. I'd say training with her is great for so many reasons, but I think the best thing she brings to the table is her attitude. She's always so enthusiastic, encouraging when you give her 100%, and she never made me feel any pressure to do anything more than my best. Rachael is so passionate and loves what she does, and it definitely shows! I know training with her helped me to push me to new heights. Every session was a challenge, but it was fun and rewarding!
