I hired Alex to clean my home for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. He did a fantastic job! What really impressed me was his attention to detail. He got into all the cracks and crevices and didn’t miss a thing. The house didn’t smell like chemicals afterward; it just smelled like nothing, which is exactly what clean should smell like. He was on time, professional, and even asked me to do a walkthrough when he was finished to make sure everything met my expectations. It definitely did, and everything looked better than if I had done it myself. I don’t enjoy cleaning and it usually drains my energy, but this gave me my time back to focus on other things. Alex was very thorough and detailed with his cleaning. I asked him to do a move out clean for one of my properties. The tile in the master bathroom looks brand new and the kitchen is sparkling. He also provided carpet clean at an additional cost. Once he was done, the place was move in ready. I will use Alex again for future property cleanings!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All new customers receive a one time $40 first time clean discount. Pricing is based on the size of your home, the frequency of the clean, and the level of grime and dirt built up. Free quotes are provided to all customers prior to visiting your home. After completing a visit quotes are subject to change, based on the level of attention your home needs. Adjustments to the price will not be made once the job has been accepted and work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free consultation to understand your needs. Whether via *****, ***** or ****. I prefer to do a walk through of your property to assess the level of attention it requires, prior to beginning the work. After the walkthrough a final quote will be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent 20+ years dedicated to customer service and have cleaned on the side for 10+ years. I've recently decided to make this my full time venture.
