There is no one I wouldn’t recommend Holly to! We were primarily interested in Weddings Your Way for the affordability, but knew it was a solid choice when we met in person with Holly. I knew I could count on her for prompt, professional, and precise communication. She lays out her process from the beginning which made me feel at ease knowing we had scheduled times to chat about next steps. I wanted my grandmother’s necklace as part of my bouquet as my something old, and she made it happen while keeping it safe and sound in the weeks prior to our wedding. I didn’t not use Holly’s Day-Of Coordinating Services because I didn’t have the need or budget for it, but I know she would have exceeded my expectations there as well. She came to my venue and set up all the floral, and then offered to come back once the cake had arrived to put flowers on my cake. She really cares about her clients and has a knack for what she does, easily the best vendor of my wedding!

Jaime did an amazing job of helping me plan my destination wedding. I tried to do it on my own, but after 4 days of searching for the right venue, I was feeling overwhelmed. I hired Jaime as my wedding coordinator and she was able to provide several options within hours of my initial contact with her. She respected my budget and only offered services in my financial range. She was available every time I contacted her with a question, concern, or idea. She created a Pinterest board exclusively for my wedding, which allowed me to see ideas that fit with my desires. I'm a Type B personality and just don't enjoy the overwhelming amount of work that goes into planning a wedding. Jaime took on the challenges of my destination wedding with zeal. She doesn't treat event planning like a job; she takes the time to make people feel like their event is the most important thing she's ever done. I highly recommend Jaime for any event planning. I will definitely hire her again!

Ask For the Moon Events is wonderful!! Maddie saved me after I had a crisis with my venue. She has the warmest, most calming personality, and even though I had only hired her for Day-Of Coordination, she was more than happy to take my calls and talk to me whenever I was feeling panicked or stressed, and even attend vendor meetings with me. She is just so fantastic, and such a godsend, I really can't say enough good things. She goes above and beyond, and is more than just a professional, she makes it feel like you are working with a friend.     Bria was fantastic! We had a very DIY wedding and she was crucial in making it all come together. She coordinated flipping the room from ceremony to reception and everything was perfect! My now husband and I even had some time to ourselves while our guests were mingling. Bria was really great at keeping us on track during planning and making sure all details were accounted for and communicated. It was such a relief to turn everything over to her the week before and know it was in good hands. I’d highly recommend!!

      I contacted Culinary Partners after needing a last minute caterer for a large family event. I spoke to Gerald and he was very accommodating, especially given the time frame (we're talking barely 3 days here). He arrived on time to prepare the food and everything was cooked perfectly. From the steaks to the vegetables, we couldn't have asked for a better meal. Next time we need an event catered, we will be sure to contact Gerald again, hopefully with more notice, though!

      If you’re looking for one of THE best wedding planners around, you absolutely need to get in touch with Anjali. Make no mistake, she is the best. We did our homework, interviewed several planners nearly a year before our wedding, interviewed references and nobody even came close to connecting with us and what we wanted on a more personal and professional level as she did. It’s been a little more than six months since our wedding and we continue to receive comment after comment on how beautifully put together our wedding was. It was a true experience and we owe that all to Anjali! Anjali is an extremely intelligent woman who is very thoughtful in her planning. She blends intellect with years of success, a positive attitude, top-of-the-line team of vendors, takes extreme pride in her work and above all else, she honestly cares about you. She’ll take care of you, she’ll go to battle for you, she’ll solve a ton of problems for you and she will always balance your particular quality/price equation. I think we had to most amazing wedding imaginable. Filled with surprises and EVERY part of the ceremony and reception was much better than I actually imagined. How often does that happen…you get more and better than you expected?? She is respected by anybody who is anyone and despite what I clearly saw as a very close and comfortable working relationship with these vendors, she never once let anything slip. She nailed the business end of the wedding planning, budgeting, negotiating and she completely took care of us every step of the way. There are few things more important than your wedding day. I wanted assurances and piece-of-mind that everything would go perfectly despite any problems that may naturally arise. Anjali is the best out there. I’m so impressed with what she accomplished and how she accomplished it and we consider it a total blessing to have had her as our Wedding Planner!

      Joan did an amazing job with our wedding! My husband & I were convinced we wouldn't need a wedding planner. But a few weeks before the wedding we were swamped. Joan was extremely professional, worked within our budget, & made sure our big day went off without a hitch. She even worked with my Mom to decide the best flowers & color scheme for our wedding! She helped arrange the food, set up the venue, the photographers, video, music & audio equipment. What impressed me the most was her amazing ability to maintain control as well as her passion for making our day stand out amongst all other weddings! Our friends & family are still raving about it!

          Heather and Justin were an instrumental part in making my wedding day perfect! I cannot say enough great things about SunKissed Rentals & Events and their services. From start to finish, Heather helped me plan my wedding reception and made it a dream come true. Heather and I had multiple coordination meetings prior to the day of which allowed me to sit back and enjoy my wedding day. They handled everything from placing decorations and place cards on each table, to setting up wedding signs, to handing out tips to the vendors. At the end of the night, Heather and Justin tore down all of the decorations and moved the gifts from the venue into our car. I highly recommend working with SunKissed Rentals & Events if you are planning any type of event - they are incredibly organized, professional and fun!

Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours.               What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

              When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

              • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
              • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
              • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer.               Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

              Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day.
